- RECOVERY: This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The General Services Administration (GSA), Region 5, has awarded a delivery order under the existing Region-wide Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Owner's Construction Representative Contract to Cost, Planning & Management International Inc. (CPMI), in the amount of $629,379.00 for design and pre-construction and year 1 construction stage services. Options for year 2 construction stage, year 3 construction stage and project close-out services, totaling $938,578.00, have been accepted and will be awarded at a later date. The contract number is GS-05P-08-GB-D-0021 and delivery order number is GS-P-05-10-GB-5015.
