- POC for this effort is Jeremi Leasure, Jeremi.m.leasure@us.army.mil. U.S. Army Program Executive Office Soldier, Project Manager Soldier Equipment (PM SEQ), 10170 Beach Road, Bldg 325, Fort Belvoir VA 22060 is submitting a Request for Information (RFI). The purpose of this RFI is to conduct research and identify potential sources for scientific services for the evaluation of high velocity hard armor ballistic impacts. All submissions for engineering services that include all of the above will be considered. Request interested vendors having the ability to provide the above mentioned services submit information, samples, and price guides to PM Soldier Equipment, Technical Management Division, ATTN: Jeremi M Leasure, 15395 John Marshall Highway, Haymarket VA 20169. Information may be sent by e-mail to Jeremi M Leasure at email address jeremi.m.leasure@us.army.mil. All submitted information will be protected as proprietary. Responses are requested not later than 12/22/2009 This notice constitutes a Request for Information/Comment only, THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION; no award will be made for this effort at this time. This request for information is for informational purposes only; this is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). All interested firms, regardless of size, are encouraged to respond to this RFI. The Government will not pay for information and materials received in response to this RFI and is in no way obligated by the information received.
