- The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business with a NAICS code of 562119 and with a small business size standard of not to exceed an average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years of $12,500,000.00 ($12.5 million), including worldwide affiliates. Place of performance is DC Drift Unit, Washington, DC. Provide labor, equipment, and material to provide two, forty yard containers with debris removal on an as needed basis, estimated at 120 pulls per year + an additional optional 50 pulls per year. Additional containers may be required during peak debris removal conditions. No phone or fax requests for a copy of this solicitation will be accepted. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to the contracting office at alisia.l.waldon@usace.army.mil.The solicitation will be available close of business o/a 12/17/2009 to interested vendors to create an account (unless they already have one) and download/obtain the solicitation at FEDBIZOPPS (Federal Business Opportunities aka FBO or FEDBI ZOPPS) http://www.fbo.gov You must be CCR registered in order to create an account at FEDBIZOPPS. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov as you will need your MPIN (Marketing Partner Identification Number) when creating an account at FEDBIZOPPS. If you do not have an account at FEDBIZOPPS you will be locked out from obtaining a hard copy of the solicitation at FEDBIZOPPS.
