- **This notice is provided for Information purposes only** This contract action is for additional A & E PCAS services for which the Government will procure a sole source award to HSMM/HOK JV, under the authroity of FAR 6.302-1. The A & E contractor shall respond to project RFI's, review design and construction bulletins, review project submittals, assist with project estimates, review contractor proposals, assit in negotiations, attend meetings, conduct site visits from technical specialists, and provide design and construction consultation services as required. Professionslas representing the major architectural and engineering disciplines shall be made available on short notice to travel to the construction site for these consultations. The A & E contractor shall provide 20,000 hours total for this effort including 100 trips to the project site. The A & E contractor shall provide reviews, written documentation, responses, and meeting minutes as needed to support the government requirements. The contractor's proposal shall provide a detailed breakdown showing proposed efforts by position with corresponding billing rates and other direct costs. A lump sum proposal will not be accepted.
