- Seventeen (17) NSN - Lawn and Garden Tools. GSA, FAS, Heartland Global Supply intends to establish a Stock Requirement contract on solicitation 6FLS-B3-090411-N. It will contain 17 items for Lawn and Garden, FSC 3740 and 3750. This is a stock requirement and items will be stocked in GSA depots Burling, NJ and French Camp, California. The contract period will be 02/01/10 thru 01/31/2012 (or date of award), with three one year options. Prices will be FOB destination within Continental United States. This will be Negotiated requirement, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA). See Item Purchase Description/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirement. Proposals will be evaluated based on: Past performance is significantly more important than price. All offers are due on the January 19, 2010. ATTN: GSA WILL NOT ACCEPT ELECTRONIC OFFERS, NO EXCEPTIONS. The solicitation is available on http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
