- This modification is to post questions and answers (Q&A) and to correct the following minor clerical errors on the original Synopsis/Solicitation. Under the SPECIFICATIONS section: The equipment needs to be delivered and fully operation no later than March 15, 2010. Under the INSTRUCTIONS section: 1. In the NOTE under CLIN 0005, 'rental unit' was changed to 'the equipment'. 2. In the ** section, 'and this will only be the site visit' was changed to 'and this will be the only site visit'. Under the APPLICABLE PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES section: 1. Clause 52.212-2 incorporated in full text under (a)(1), 'Provide a quality product' was changed to 'Provide a product' in order to match exactly what was written in the EVALUATION FACTORS section. 2.Clause 52.233-2 was bolded to match the formatting of the rest of the document.
