- Recovery Action - Duns# 078576738, This modification is issued to obligate American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) of 2009 funds for the purpose of providing $800,000.00 in operations funding to the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory for Agreement # 20488 -LBNL Consumer Behavior Analysis in accordance with AOP#999. The Lab will work with prospective awardees of the Smart Grid Investment Grant Program to develop the study approaches for conducting consumer behavior analyses. This is incremental funding added to a competitive award. The contract is a cost type contract because the nature of the research and development mission of the laboratory precludes a reasonable estimate of costs necessary for a firm, fixed-price contract type.
