- This will be a fixed-price acquisition for seven (7) each PLATE, RETAINING, BEA applicable to the UH-1N/H. NSN: 3110006912159GA, P/N: 204-040-236-1, Matl: Steel 4130, Func: part of the UH-1N/H transmission assembly. Destination: SW3119 DDWG-ER-DLA, Central Receiving, 455 Byron Street, Robins AFB, GA 31098. This acquisition will include a first article and a data line item. The government owns the drawing; the item can be purchased from an open competition. First article inspection is not required for item acquired from the Original Equipment Manufacturer. All other sources will have to submit a First Article and First Article test report. The acquisition will be set aside for small businesses. The approximate issue date will be 4 January 2010 with an approximate response date of 3 February 2010. Request interested offerors notify Audrey M.
