- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, 1 Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army-Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate and award a contract on a sole source basis with MARINE CONTAINER EQUIPMENT CERTIFICATION CORPORATION, at 160 Squankum Yellowbrook Road, Farmingdale, NJ 07727-3736 to provide a CSC Recertification Report (For Two Containers) in accordance with ISO 1496-1. This is required in support of the Armys Reduction in Total Ownership Costs (RTOC) program for Refrigeration Improvements for Refrigerated Container Systems (RCS). Marine Container Equipment Certification Corporation - (MCECC) is the only delegated Approval Authority in the United States, which offers certification for containers in accordance with ISO 1496-1. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available.
