- The solicitation for this project will be posted on or about Feburary 1, 2010. RECOVERY: Blue Mountain Work Center Bunkhouse Supply and Install EROC Northwest will use Commercial Items, Simplified Acquisition procedures to procure a new bunkhouse and to perform site preparation and installation at the Blue Mountain Work Center east of Prairie City, OR. This project shall provide the necessary equipment and personnel to deliver and construct a new 10-26 person bunkhouse. This work includes the foundation, site work and grading, access to structures, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, bunkhouse construction and all construction required to produce a complete facility, with all systems functioning properly and efficiently. The living spaces for each bunkhouse shall consist of sleeping rooms plus one accessible sleeping room, kitchen/dining area, living room, laundry/utility room and fully accessible (meets ASDA standards) shower/toilet room. Additionally, an optional item for the demolition of an existing 1,352 sq ft bunkhouse is included in this contract. This project is subject to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act – Reporting Requirements. Contracting Office Address is Wallowa-Whitman NF, P.O. Box 907, Baker City, OR 97814.
