- Sample - Griswold MRc 7 Sample MRc Credit 5.1 Sample MRc 4.1-2 Sample EQ Credit 4.5 Exhibit D Gensler Leed Furniture Workbook Exhibit C NOMA Office Legend NOMA Furniture Planner SYNOPSIS: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, issued as Request for Proposals (RFP) FERC10-20186, for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. Contracting Office Address: Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Division of Procurement, Room 41-29 888 First Street, NW, Washington, DC 20426, UNITED STATES This solicitation replaces FERC10-20186 DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a turn-key solution for a Furniture Planner (FP) to provide both furniture and all related services for such a turn-key operation. This includes but is not limited to furniture, space planning, space measurements, CADD design and specific product information and services in order to meet Silver LEED certification for FERC to occupy referenced office space. The offeror shall be responsible to provide all management, supervision, labor materials, supplies, equipment, and interpersonal skills necessary to ensure the effective performance of a turn-key solution. The Offeror shall be fully responsible for providing and accomplishing the required as defined in their proposal and this PWS. A Firm-Fixed Price Plus Award Fee contract will be awarded for this solicitation. The contract Period of Performance is estimated to be 90 days from date of award through completion (January 2010 - March 2010). This solicitation IS NOT a set-aside for small businesses. All size businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal. The NAIC Codes are: 541618 - Other Management Consulting Services, and the small business size standard is $7.0. 541410 - Interior Design Services and the small business size standard is $7.0. 541490 - Other Specialized Design Services, and the small business size standard is $7.0. 337214 - Office Furniture, Comprehensive Furniture Management Services (CFMS) standard size in number of employees 500.
