- The Portland District of the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE-Portland) intends on issuing a solicitation leading to an award for a FFP Construction Contract for removal and replacement of the roofs of the bathroom and shower facilities at the Schwarz Campground. The Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. The work to be performed under this contract consists of providing the labor, equipment and materials for the roof removal and replacement. This procurement is being offered as an 8(a)sole source set aside to G&L Exteriors, Inc., DUNS: 168787856, 27424 SE EAGLE CREEK RD, ESTACADA, OR 97023-9723, under NAICS: 238160.
