- Notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to LivingWorks for proving one (1) Trainer in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) Seminar to be held at Fort Bliss, Tx. Training to be held 25 Jan 2010 through 29 Jan 2010. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to be used for consideration of future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and an RFQ will not be issued, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be reviewed and used for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Any vendor who wishes to submit a proposal for future consideration should email their companys capabilities information to the attention of Meli Segura no later than 12:00 noon EST, December 21, 2009 at Meli.Segura@us.army.mil. ONLY EMAIL RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
