- SY 2009/10 School Calendar Solicitation Checklist to ensure proper submissions SF1449 Solicitation for PT Services at Ft Campbell The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, a contract for Physical Therapies (PT) services in support of the Special Education Program located at Fort Campbell Kentucky. The period of performance is January 4 through July 2, 2010. The solicitation number is HEVAS6-10-T-0001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31, effective 20 Apr 2009 and 2005-32, effective 31 Mar 2009; Class Deviation 2005-00001 and DCN 2009115. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing.
