- The contractor shall furnish all materials required to the Pine Bluff Arsenal. Materials include the following: -Strap, Pull Lifting. Material to be Woven Nylon Webb, Type II, Color Olive Drap 7, Width 1 Inch. Drawing and Specification will be released with Solicitation. Quantity 41,750 each. Freight must be included within unit price as FOB Destination. Request for Proposal W911RP-10-R-0006 will be issued on or around 2 January 2010 with a closing date on or around 2 February 2010.
