- Sealed bids from all business concerns will be accepted for the Great Smoky Mountains National Park Project PRA-GRSM 12(1),10(1), Solicitation Number DTFH71-10-B-00005, located in Sevier County, Tennessee. The project consists of the pavement rehabilitation of approximately 3.7 miles of the Gatlinburg Bypass and 1.7 miles of Newfound Gap Road, including roadside pullouts and parking areas. The work includes applying an ultra-thin bonded wearing course, shoulder stabilization by cement treated aggregate surfacing, sealing concrete bridge decks, and other miscellaneous work. The project will be split into multiple work schedules/bid options, with the cost of the entire project expected to fall within the price range of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000.
