- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEACTIONDESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT (NNS04AB55C). AS SUCH,THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This action hasbeen awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009(ARRA) (PL 111-5).In compliance with the ARRA, the Government posts this notice that modification 000181under contract NNS04AB55C was issued to Applied Geo Technologies, Inc.The ARRA work tobe performed as a result of this contract modification consists of calibration andsampling services for the E-1 Test Facility in preparation for AJ26 Engine Testing. Thismodification is issued under an existing Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) contract whichwas awarded on a Sole Source basis. This additional work is within the general scope ofthe contract and will not extend the contract period of performance. Oral communicationsare not acceptable in response to this notice. This announcement is for informationpurposes only. All questions and/or concerns must be submitted in writing to the pointsof contact herein. An Ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note"B".
