Description
The Seattle District US Army Corps of Engineers requires an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the provision of services which consist of miscellaneous cultural resources studies in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Alaska, or (for military studies) generally throughout the western United States, including but not limited to site - specific cultural resource overviews, field examinations, reconnaissance, testing, survey and data recovery, duration accessioning, emergency burial relocation, and planning and impact assessment. Specific work may include development of a system-wide research design for the Federal Columbia River Power System cultural resources management program; survey, testing and site evaluation at the Centralia to Chehalis Flood Damage Reduction Project; and subsurface exploration using cores and other inspection methods for the Elliott Bay Seawall Replacement program. Similar work also might be undertaken at Albeni Falls Dam and Pend Oreille Lake project in northern Idaho; Chief Joseph Dam and Rufus Woods Lake in eastern Washington, and Libby Dam -- Lake Koocanusa in northwest Montana. Other study sites include Howard Hanson and Mud Mountain Dams in Washington, and remote sensing work at various project sites within Seattle Districts service area. The contract will feature a base period of one year with two option periods of one year each. The maximum contract value will be $750,000 per year or $2,250,000 over the life of the contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541720 with a size standard of $7.0 million. This project is open to both large and small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $7.0 million.
