- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO CONTRACTORS AWARDED CONTRACTS UNDER THE DOI FUELS REDUCTION IDIQ CONTRACTS. The selected contractor will preform work in accodance with Line Item Number 0017AC - Level III as specified in the Fuels Reduction IDIQ on 440 acres of land located in New Harmony, Utah. This procurement is being funded via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The Awardee will be subject to Section 1512(c) of the Recovery Act which requires each contractor to report on its use of Recovery Act funds under the awarded contract. These reports will be made available to the public.
