- The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC)/National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), is interested in leasing approximately 165 rentable square feet of office space together with one (1) parking space in that area of Homer, AK, bound on the North by 59°N latitude, South by North Pacific Ocean coastline, East by Kachemak Bay and West by 151°W longitude. The required lease term is for five (5) years. Any offered buildings must be of sound and substantial construction. The space offered must be altered to meet the Government's requirements, must be fully serviced, accessible to persons with disabilities in accordance with the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard (ABAAS), and must conform to applicable Life Safety Performance Level. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1) Building name and address; and 2) rate per square feet. If the proposal is a build to suit, provide the location of property to be used for new construction and evidence that the property is under your control. Proposal submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
