- Pr Number: IQC09337009053 FSC: 5315 Nomenclature: Pin, Shoulder, Headed RFP Due Date: 2010 Feb 02 Quantity: This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. This procurement is for a two year base. The solicitation contains an option to extend the terms of the contract for three additional one-year periods. This procurement is for 2 Core items and more items may be added on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5315-01-043-3801. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. First Article Testing – Government is required. Source inspection also applies. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis only. This procurement also contains a guaranteed minimum. Delivery is as follows: 300 days. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Anticipated award date: April 2010 Offers will be evaluated on the basis of past performance being more important than price. Buy American Act applies.
