Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN EAGLE PASS, TX STAR #: 9TX2008 The United States Government seeks to lease class ‘A' contiguous office space. The space offered must consist of approximately 345 rentable square feet in Eagle Pass, TX. The space should yield 300 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The Government will require two (2) outside parking spaces. The proposed space must be located within 3 miles + or -Central Business District The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced to include janitorial and utilities. Space can be ready for occupancy at any time but no later than February 11, 2011. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) Requirements. Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum (This is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): 1) Building name/address 2) Legal property description, Location of space in the building and date it will be available 3) ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) 4) Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included 5) Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF 6) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact 7) In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement and permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission Interested parties may submit pertinent information by the 4:00PM CST on December 22, 2009 to: Chad Foster Jr. Foster & Associates 711 Main St. Eagle Pass, TX. 78852 Office: 830-776-3605 Email: chadhfosterjr@gmail.com Please reference Project Number 9TX2008.
