- IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Project is for Full and Open Competition. Project Name: Solid Waste Removal for Three Districts, Upper, Middle and Lower Districts, Buffalo National River, Newton, Searcy and Marion Counties, Arkansas. Contract will contain options, base and four option years. Award will be made to one or more Contractors, whichever is the most economical to the Government. The National Park Service is soliciting competitive bids for a fixed-price service contract to furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform all operations required for the removal of solid waste. The NAICS code for this project is 562111. The Solicitation and attachments will be posted on electronic commerce on January 4, 2010, at the following website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. This service is provided for convenience only and does not serve as a guarantee notification. Subscribers to this service are ultimately responsible for reviewing http://www.fedbizopps.gov site for all information relevant to this solicitation. Plan holders will be required to visit this website periodically to check for amendments and other changes to the contract documents. No other notifications will be sent. Responses will be due on February 4, 2010 at 2:00 PM unless the solicitation is extended.
