- Description
- Furnish all the necessary supervision, personnel, supplies, and equipment to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area, and custodial operations for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Laughlin AFB located near Del Rio, TX, in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation includes a base period (October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011) and four one-year option periods. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 561990 and the business size standard is $7 million. This solicitation and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal will be available from FedBizOpps on or about December 31 2009, with a tentative closing date of on or about February 23, 2010.December 31, 2009. A site visit will be scheduled; however, the actual date and time will be annotated on the DD Form 1707, Information to Offerors, when the solicitation and its attachments are posted. Offeror's without the capability to download Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and/or Adobe PDF files, must request a paper copy and diskette via e-mail (carla.milot@deca.mil) or facsimile at (804) 734-8598. Telephone requests WILL NOT be accepted. All requests for a copy of this solicitation document must contain the solicitation number, requestor's name, address, phone number, fax number, business size, DUNS number, CAGE code, and email address. Requests must be in writing and addressed to the Defense Commissary Agency, Contracting Directorate, Commercial Services Division (AMCW), 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, Virginia 3801-1800.
