- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Philips Medical Systems. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips Medical Systems for labor, tools, parts, materials for maintenance and technical support for a Philips Achieva 1.5T MRI and accessories located at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center, 1500 North Westwood Blvd., Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. This contract will include a base year and three one-year options.
