- Volmar Construction's existing contract has been modified under Contract number GS02P04DTC0029/Modification PCF8 to complete the work as follows: Furnish all labor, equipment and materials needed to complete the following scope of work in strict compliance with the contract documents: Remove additional ACM fireproofing at steel beams in the ceilings of courtrooms 10 and 11 between columns 18 to 33 and 19 to 34. Remove/Replace the top courses of block partition as required (+/- 28"). In anticipation of the existing wall to be less stable than expected, as was the condition for similar work in Phase 1, the contractor is to price the removal of the top 36" of wall.
