- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to award a sole source (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with R. A. Walton & Co., 1800 Industrial Highway, York, PA 17402. The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance and repair services on their modified proprietary equipment (Temperature and Humidity Equipment) purchased by the government and conduct software updates. This equipment is now sole source (modified) by the company and has no third party maintenace services available on their modifications of the products and software. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirment is 238220 and the size standard is $14M.
