- Solicitation AG-447U-S-10-0002CG is for the non-personal Services of a recreation technician for the Kisatchie National Forest, Pineville, LA. The solicitation is a Performance Based Indefinite Delivery Requirements service contract for updating various maps, brochures, signs, and information boards located throughout the Kisatchie National Forest, and assisting in the documentation of data collected at the Ft Polk Heritage Days celebration. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct the work in compliance with terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation. This solicitation and the resultant contract is a performance based, indefinite delivery requirements contract for a one year period. One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Service Contract Act wage rates apply to this project. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns, in accordance with FAR 19.502. The NAICS code for this project is 561990. Over the period of this contract, the Government anticipates ordering a minimum of $2,000 and a maximum of $100,000 of work under this contract. The anticipated solicitation issuance date for this project is January 4, 2010. The anticipated due date for offers is February 4, 2010. These dates are subject to change. The dates will be confirmed in the solicitation package and/or any amendment issued to the solicitation. The solicitation can be downloaded at no cost at www.fbo.gov. NOTE: To be acceptable, an offer MUST contain both a technical proposal and a business proposal (pricing), as explained in the solicitation. All offerors who submit a proposal for this project must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, and must have completed Representations and Certifications (ORCA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-8. Offerors who fail to register in CCR and/or complete ORCA will not be considered for award.
