- Solicitation for, NSN 6220-01-203-9495, under PR 0022969401 Window, Lighting Fixture. The following information applies to the NSN: This is not a commercial item. This will be a single NSN solicitation to a Firm-Fixed Quantity of 7483 each with a 100% quantity option. This is an unrestricted procurement with full and open competition, FOB: Destination, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Delivery will be 123 days After First article approval for the production units with a contractor first article test report due in 60 days ARO. The award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. “A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
