- The purpose of this announcement is the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection, Air and Marine Acquisition Division intends to lease hangar space at the Tampa International Airport, on a sole source, firm-fixed price basis, from Tampa International Jet Center, 4751 JIM WALTER BLVD, Tampa, FL 33607. The sole source justification is based on the requirement to have this specific hangar space on-site at the airport to enable the air interdiction agents direct access to their aircrafts and enable the agents to be in the air as fast as possible to support all emergency missions and operations. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm-fixed price.
