- ITEM DESCRIPTION: Seal, Turbine, NSN: 5330-00-033-7369 *SOLICITATION PERIOD: 7 days ISSUE DATE: December 17, 2009 CLOSING DATE: December 24, 2009* *QUANTITY 400 EA* SPECIFICATION: This is a Navy Identified Critical Safety Item (CSI). The requirements of CSI will be strictly adhered to. In addition, Government First Article Testing (FAT) and Contractor Production Lot Testing (PLT) are required. General Electric Company (99207) *P/N 6018T50G05*, Acceptable Source: Ferrotherm Corporation (01993) DESTINATION: Defense Distribution Depots in Depot, Jacksonville, FL. DELIVERY: 180 days (including time for processing FAT) ACQUISITION NOTES: This acquisition will contain a quantity option provision that will allow the Government to purchase additional units in an amount up to 50% of the base quantity should conditions warrant. Unrestricted. NO DRAWINGS ARE AVAILABLE. It is the Government’s intention to use simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 to award a firm fixed-price contract.
