- Description
- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is seeking proposals for Advisory & Assistance Services to support the development, establishment, building, education and training of staff, and operation of thirteen (13) small home concept nursing home units for veterans in need of long-term care at the North Chicago, Milwaukee, and Tomah VA Medical Centers. Services required include, but are not limited to: expertise and technical advice regarding the cultural transformation of an organization, design, construction, staffing model, environment, and education and training of staff. The period of performance shall be for a Base Period plus two (2) one-year (1) options to renew, at the discretion of the Government. This procurement is unrestricted. All offerors who believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to submit a response. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541618 and the size standard for small businesses is $7.0 million. If there are any questions regarding this solicitation, they need to be submitted in writing and faxed or mailed to the Contracting Officer's attention no later than 4:30pm on Wednesday, December 30, 2009. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about December 17, 2009. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website; www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments also through this site, which are to be submitted with your response.
