- Satellite Telecommunications This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officer to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000.00. The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for Two Hundred Fifty (250) PT 200 Sendum Trackers without batteries and chargers and Shipping and Handling charges if applicable. The acquisition will be conducted through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". A solicitation will not be issued. All quotes must be received no later than 9:00 a.m. (EST) on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 to email sheila.y.rivera@usdoj.gov, Contract Specialist or via fax 703.495.6680. All communications concerning this announcement must be in writing and received by 3:00 p.m. eastern time, not later than 2 calendar days after the publication date of the notice.
