- 45 CONS/LGCAC has awarded contract number FA2521-10-F-0012, solicitation reference number FA2521-09-F-0312. IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUB. L. 111-5. This project calls for the demolition and removal of the existing HVAC system in the ITL warehouse located on Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. The Contractor is then required to install a modern higher efficiency HVAC system in accordance with drawings, specification and other terms and conditions as outlined in the contract.
