- Includes the evaluation factors and quote submission instructions and a copy of the Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and Subpart 13.106 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The title for this request for quotation, "Leadership Coaching to Support the Development Senior Executives and Upper Level Managers" shall be referenced on any quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) is soliciting potential offerors, in order to competitively award a fixed rate, IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) Purchase Order. The Office of Human Resources (OHR), EPA Leadership Development Institute (LDI) is seeking contractor support for leadership coaching services for a number of Senior Executive Service (SES) and upper level managers. Under this commercial acquisition, the contractor shall provide International Coaching Federation certified leadership coaches to enhance SES and upper level managers' overall effectiveness in the workplace. Any firm believing itself to be capable of meeting EPA's requirement, as stated within the Synopsis Solicitation and the Statement of Work, may submit a quote, which, if received by the response date of this announcement shall be considered. Prospective sources are reminded that an award can only be made to a Contractor who is registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database in accordance with FAR 4.11. A formatted copy of the Statement of Work, including the evaluation factors and quote submission instructions is provided as an attachment to this announcement.
