- Rack Diagram Server Rack Requirements MSHA is seeking vendors that can provide climate controlled server racks for the MSHA Command Vehicle. These racks must be sturdy and all components capable of handling the harsh environment of being transported in a motor vehicle. See attachments for specifications for required racks. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotation that will be issued. Quotes should be provided with detailed information about the materials being proposed. Also, please include estimated delivery date and shipping charges. turnaround time if an order is placed. Order will be shipped to 626 Cochrans Mill Road, Room 202, Pittsburgh, PA 15236. POC is Debbie Worrells @ Worrells.Deborah@dol.gov. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Any questions are due by December 30, 2009 at 3:00pm. Answers will be posted the week of January 4, 2010. Award will be made based on the best value to the government. Registration in CCR is mandatory. This is a total small business set-aside requirement.
