Description
This is a modification to the original solicitation to clarify our requirements. CLIN 0001: Purchase 1 Each Comprehensive Audiovisual (A/V) Simulation System The required specifications are as follows: - 2 computer systems (software and hardware) that handle all A/V data recording o Provides integration of data from multiple types of simulators (adult, pediatric, and infant) and from several manufacturers (METI, Laerdal, and Gaumard) o The system should be capable of building data tracking automatically. o Should allow the user to reference saved data by searching through training by date, scenario, simulator and participant. o The system should manage users, provide tools for scenario and checklist creation and generate multiple types of usage, session and aggregate reports - all via web-based access. o Capable of recording scenarios and annotating notable moments to be referenced during the debrief. - Two additional computer systems that allows the user to centralize the data from the two main units mentioned above. o Capability to create a session filter and run tailored reports on the users simulations from two main computer systems mentioned above. o Cabable of centralization of all A/V system videos and data o Tri-Channel live/post video streaming for up to 20 locations o Protected, long term video and data storage o Centrally manage all users, scenarios and evaluations - Professional services o Project Management o Installation and Integration o Onsite Training o First year support and maintenance. o 2nd Year Support & Maintenance Revised quotes are due to by 21 Dec 2009, 4:00 pm EST.
