- This is Amendment No. 001 to the subject RFQ. The purpose of Amendment No. 001 is to amend the RFQ as follows; A. Section II. entitled "Requirement" is amended as follows: FROM: "...Work must be performed by authorized and certified GE/ Zenith Controls technician(s) so as to not to void the warranty on the equipment. Installation may be required to be performed on a weekend." TO: "...Work must be performed by authorized and certified GE/ Zenith Controls technician(s) so as to not to void the warranty on the equipment. Installation may be required to be performed on a weekend. In addition, installation shall include ATS start-up and testing to insure that the equipment operates properly based the new parts being installed." B. Section III. Response Information Subpart 3. entitled "Pricing" is amended as follows: FROM: "...a. Pricing for performing the installation of the parts;..." TO: "...a. Pricing for performing the installation of the parts (inclusive of ATS start-up and testing);..." All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain the same.
