- The purpose of this announcement is to make notice that the Forest Service contemplates releasing a RFQ responding to Climate Change in the Alaska Region, Integrated Plan for Landscape Conservation thru a combined Synopsis/Solicitation, AG-0109-S-10-0005 December 18, 2009. Contractor shall provide a senior ecosystem management scientist with expertise in landscape planning to prepare an integrated plan for Forest Service response to climate change and water issues in landscapes of Southeast and South-central Alaska. The plan is a collaborative effort of the Alaska Region, the Pacific Northwest Region, and the Pacific Northwest Research Station.
