- Description
- The ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is December 24, 2009. The intent for this contract is to secure services for tree thinning, manual release, pruning, slash treatment, handpiling and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications, and provisions. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals except those items, if any, listed as Government-furnished property. The anticipated effective period of this contract is from date of award for a one year period. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. Project work will be confined to the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The resulting orders shall utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required.
