- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 4,262 rentable square feet (RSF) to yield approximately 3,706 ANSI / BOMA square feet of contiguous office space in Lake Charles, Louisiana. On-site, surface parking is required for twenty-five (25) vehicles. First floor space is preferred. The space shall be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, professional surroundings; or in an office, research, technology, or business park with a campus-like atmosphere; or an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional in appearance. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire safety and handicapped accessibility. Occupancy is desired no later than May 30, 2011. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm. DELINEATED AREA: Lake Charles, LA – Within zip code 70601 All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be received by January 7, 2009.
