- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions received and extend the deadline for receipt of SF330 to 1/19/10 at noon PDT.SF330 Form, Formats, Page #s:Q46. The selection criteria for Specialized Experience states to provide a description of similar, recent Department of Defense (DoD) energy efficiency projects. Can offerors provide energy efficiency projects consistent with the scope for other Government agencies and/or private industry on projects of similar size and complexity in addition to DoD projects?A46. Absolutely. DoD experience is desired; however, all recent, relevant experience will be considered and evaluated.Q47. The selection criteria for Specialized Experience requires identifying in matrix form which team members (teaming partners) worked on the projects. Is this to be provided in Section F ? A47. Yes.Q48. The selection criteria for Specialized Experience requires (a) providing "an explanation of your management approach, an organizational chart showing inter-relationship of management and design team components, and specific quality control process" and (b) describing "your quality control program/process; identify who has the responsibility for implementation of the program, and discuss how you instill a culture of quality throughout the team." Is it the Government's intent that these requirements should be addressed in Section F for each of the project descriptions provided? And for this program in Section H? A48. YesQ49. Currently Selection Criterion 1 (Specialized Experience) states that only DoD projects will be considered relevant in Section F project sheets. However, Selection Criterion 4 (Past Performance) considers work with other government agencies and private industry to be relevant as well. Is this distinction intentional on the part of NAVFAC? If not, may we request a clarification indicating that Specilized Experience in Section F may include non-DoD projects?A49. Specialized experience in Section F may include non-DoD projects. Summary of Synopsis Changes:A. The deadline for receipt of SF330 is extended to 1/19/10 at noon PST. All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to magdalena.evangelist@navy.mil and janet.harouch@navy.mil and maria.miller@navy.mil.B. Selection criteria: 1) Specialized experience is hereby modified to include non-DoD projects.
