- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/homepage.htm. AMENDMENT 0001: The following changes have been made to the attachment for SOURCES SOUGHT N00164-10-R-GQ31. "Radome for Phased Array Sub-System (PASS) Panel". 3.The current radome material is a polyurethane elastomer protective tape. The material is constructed with a long-aging, solvent resistant, pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive, protected with an easy release liner. The material must be able to be cut to the necessary size, approximately 3.5' x 4.5'. The material shall have the same or greater RF performance, properties and characteristics as stated below.
