- Green Services Backgrounds 8(a) Competitive The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform all required GREEN JANITORIAL services identified in the Statement of Work (SOW), commercial standards, and local, state and federal requirements. The contractor shall maintain each facility to present a neat, clean and professional working environment. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code) is 561720, Janitorial Services. The requirement will be competed as a 100% set-aside for Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) Contractors and will contain one base year (01 April 2010 through 30 Sep 2010) and two (2) option years. The evaluation factor is lowest price technically acceptable. A site visit is not mandatory. Solicitation issue date will be approximately 21 December 2009. Solicitations will be available through electronic means only. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be accepted, and solicitation packages will not be mailed. All contractors are required to complete Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Additional information on CCR is available at (888) 227-2423.
