- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure, on a sole source basis, the following items from Tri-mech Solutions, LLC.: a quantity of five (5) SolidWorks Premium 2009 and a quantity of five (5) SolidWorks Premium 2009 Maintenance 1 year subscriptions. The item quoted must be the exact item specified above; substitutes are not acceptable. This item will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The closing date is 2:00 PM ET on 24 December 2009. The anticipated award date is 28 December 2009. THE GOVERNEMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS AS ALL ITEMS ARE IDENTIFIED ON THIS NOTICE.
