Description

THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center intends to award a sole source modification to Abba Technologies, Inc. under contract HHSP233200900209A. The purpose of this modification is to issue an in scope modification to add additional Storage Area Network Systems (SANs) abd supporting servers as referenced in the ARRA HHS Spend Plan for Indian Health Service. This plan has been approved by OMB and is posted on www.recovery.gov. The objective is to ensure that critical IHS data can be accessed immediately after an outage, expend system resources and increase the overall data storage capacity. This notice is being posted in accordance with FAR 5.3 and is not a request for proposals. No solicitation will be issued. CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER BY JANUARY 1, 2010 AND FILE THEIR FIRST REPORT BY JANUARY 10, 2010, AT WWW.FEDERALREPORTING.GOV.
