Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., December 30, 2009. No facsimile quotes will be accepted. Electronic quotes will be accepted provided all documents required by the solicitation are received with the bidder's electronic signature by 2:00 p.m. E.S.T., December 30, 2009 at charisse.james@va.gov.
