Amendment 0001: Announcement of Joint SOCOM/JSOP R&D Conference. The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional information on the Joint SOCOM/JSOP R&D Conference. The 22-24 meetings are open ONLY to government employees and their support contractors (with government issued Common Access Cards). No registration is required. All other non-government personnel will be granted access ONLY during their briefing period and will not be authorized to stay for other industry briefings.
