Description
THIS REQUIREMENT IS A 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 484110. This requirement is for services of a Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, packing/padding materials, crating/containers, boxes and supervision to Package, Transport/Relocate office furniture, equipment and supplies of the Social Security's Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) Office; to include spot cleaning of workstation panels, in the local area of Spokane Washington. Work shall include but not limited to; disassembling, reassembling, de-installing, re-installing, boxing up supplies, books, and suchlike; Providing all containers or boxes to the end-use within 1 calendar day after award (or not later than 2 weeks prior to the move) so that the occupants can box up various belongings. The Contractor will also be responsible for spot cleaning workstation panels (using a dry chemical spot cleaner) approved by Herman Miller furniture mfg. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for all losses and/or damages. A certificate of liability insurance is required. Security Clearances are required. Proof of Bonding is required. Contractor must be registered and active in CCR. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the scope of work as identified in the solicitation. Performance Period: Four (4) calendar days in February 2010, began on the designated Thursday (afternoon) and finish not later than Sunday (evening) from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Procurement Information: A 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns under NAICS #484110. Offers from other than Small Business Concerns WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 484110 and the size standard is $18.5 million. This is a firm fixed price Purchase Order Award is anticipated to the Small Business offeror who is responsible, responsive to the terms and conditions of the solicitation and price is determined to be fair and reasonable. All responsible Small Business Concerns may submit a quote/offer which shall be considered by GSA. No telephone calls will be accepted. The tentative Solicitation (RFQ) release date is no earlier than 15 days from the posting of this Notice in FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov). It is the intent of the General Services Administration (GSA), Eastern Service Center/Public Building Service, Region-10, Spokane Field Office, Spokane Washington will issue the Solicitation on 6 January 2010. A one-time Site Visit is scheduled for Friday, 22 January 2010 at 10:00 am. PST. The offer closing date is 4 February 2010, 4:30 p.m. (PST). The Solicitation will be available through the FedBizOpps website (www.fdo.gov) or request to the Contracting Officer. At a minimum all vendors/contractors must supply the following information with your offer: (a) company CCR, (b) company DUNS Number or CAGE Code, (c) company telephone number, (d) company e-mail address, and, (e) name (point of contact) of individual authorized to sign and/or bind the company, and (f). ORCA. Any vendor submitting an offer is required by the FAR to use the Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA). ORCA is a web-based system that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage, and viewing of many of the FAR required representations and certifications previously found in Solicitations. With ORCA vendors now have the ability to enter and maintain their representation and certification information, at their convenience, via the Internet at http://orca.bpn.gov. Vendors will need to review and/or update the ORCA record when changes are necessary; annually to maintain an active status. All request shall be submitted on the company's official letter head and submitted to: General Services Administration, Attn: Daniel S. Brazell, 904 W. Riverside Ave, Room 135, Spokane WA 99201; or requested via email at Daniel.brazell@gsa.gov. No telephone request or facsimile will be received.
