- RECOVERY ACT ACTION THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR THE OFFICE OF EXTRAMURAL RESEARCH (OER), OFFICE OF EXTRAMUAL POLICY (OEP), SPARKS PERSONNEL SERVICES, INC. (DUNS # 074800954). In accordance with FAR Part 5.7 Publicizing Requirements Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) this is a notification of a modification to an existing, competitively awarded fixed priced delivery order using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding. The contract is for IT Professional Project Support Services and was previously competed and awarded in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 8.402 Federal Supply Schedules. It is the intent of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to award a purchase order with Sparks Personnel Services, Inc. (DUNS #0748009547). The OER, Office of Extramural Policy requires 1 part time personnel with specialized experience in human subject research protection regulations. This will assure OEP has qualified manpower and expertise available to review and assesses ARRA funded grants involving human subjects for adherence to Federal and NIH regulations and policies for the protection of human subjects involved in research. This work requires no special clearances. The contractor shall provide resources in quantities and timelines in accordance with, and as notified by, the current ordering processes of the Project Officer to meet agency demands for surge support. Labor Categories and Descriptions Below are the labor categories and descriptions from the existing master contract that may be required under this task order: Data Entry Clerk - Operates keyboard or other data entry device to enter data into computer or onto magnetic tape or disk for subsequent entry: Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer, using data entry device, such as keyboard or optical scanner, and following format displayed on screen. Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors. Deletes incorrectly entered data, and re-enters correct data. May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered. May keep record of work completed. This notice is for information purposes only. This is not a RFQ nor is a RFQ available.
